Eliminates the Long-term Services and Supports Trust Account and removes it from the state treasurer's investment income allocation list

Removes training requirements for spouses or domestic partners who were providing care under the WA Cares program, including the 15 hours of basic training plus 6 hours of focused training previously required within 120 days

Eliminates the certification exemption for long-term care workers providing services only to a spouse or domestic partner under the WA Cares program

Removes the state actuary's duty to provide actuarial assistance to the long-term services and supports trust commission
