Increases the 988 behavioral health crisis response and suicide prevention line tax from 40 cents to 70 cents per line, effective January 1, 2026

Applies the tax increase uniformly to radio access lines (cell phones), interconnected voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service lines, and switched access lines (landlines)

Tax proceeds are deposited into the statewide 988 behavioral health crisis response and suicide prevention line account to fund crisis care services

Amends RCW 82.86.020, which originally established the tax at 24 cents (October 2021-December 2022) and raised it to 40 cents (January 2023-December 2025)
