Domestic breweries and microbreweries may subcontract with one or more individuals or entities to satisfy food service requirements for beer and/or wine restaurant licenses or spirits, beer, and wine restaurant licenses

Licensed breweries may use their premises for subcontracted or subleased operation of mobile food units or independently operated food service providers who sell food and nonalcoholic beverages to the public

Subcontractors providing food service are responsible for all kitchen space, compliance with local health department regulations, and obtaining necessary kitchen and food service permits

The definition of "restaurant" in liquor law is expanded to include domestic breweries and microbreweries that subcontract for food service maintained in a substantial manner for preparing, cooking, and serving complete meals
