Adds "critical energy infrastructure information" as a new category exempt from public disclosure under Washington's Public Records Act (RCW 42.56.420)

Defines critical energy infrastructure as physical or virtual systems and assets whose incapacity or destruction would threaten to disrupt energy supply to the extent that public health, safety, and general welfare may be jeopardized

Protects information about actual, potential, or threatened interference with, attacks on, or incapacitation of critical energy infrastructure through physical or computer-based attacks

Exemption does not apply to information that simply provides general location or relays publicly available information about critical energy infrastructure
