Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction must subsidize student fees for exam registration and administration for AP, International Baccalaureate, and Cambridge International exams

State funds cannot be used to replace existing federal and private funding that already subsidizes these exam fees

The 2026 dual credit report must analyze whether the fee subsidy policy changed exam passage rates and demographics of students participating in AP, IB, and Cambridge International courses

Amends existing dual credit reporting requirements in RCW 28A.600.280 to add this new evaluation component
