Amends RCW 50A.05.010 to add "representatives for employers of dockworkers" as a new category of employer under Washington's Paid Family and Medical Leave Act

Targets dockworkers who normally work for several employers in the same industry interchangeably through collectively bargained agreements

Employer representatives would be responsible for collecting and reporting paid family leave premiums for dockworkers covered under the collective bargaining agreement

Employer representatives are not obligated to report dockworkers who are not covered by the collective bargaining agreement, other than their own direct employees
