Consumer cooperatives and cooperative associations with 2,500 or more employees worldwide must reserve two board of director positions for nonsupervisory or nonmanagerial employees

Employee directors must be selected by majority vote of the corporation's nonsupervisory and nonmanagerial employees acting as a body

Employee directors are prohibited from voting on resolutions pertaining to wages, employee benefits, or other terms and conditions of employment for nonsupervisory or nonmanagerial employees

Amends RCW 23.86.080 (cooperative associations) and RCW 24.06.130 (consumer cooperatives) to add these board composition requirements
