Requires behavioral health service providers to report treatment compliance updates to community corrections officers when mental health or substance use disorder treatment is a court-ordered sentence condition or department-imposed condition

Requires offenders receiving court-ordered mental health, chemical dependency, or domestic violence treatment to disclose their Department of Corrections supervision status to treatment providers

Contains a contingent null and void clause requiring specific funding by June 30, 2025 in the omnibus appropriations act for the legislation to take effect
