Requires all Washington public college/university student health centers to offer medication abortion access by the 2026-27 academic year, either directly, through telehealth, or via public programs connecting patients to reproductive health services

Public institutions without student health centers must provide referrals to at least two qualified health care organizations (including telehealth options) and offer private on-campus space, technical support, and electronic devices for telehealth appointments

Mandates all institutions maintain a comprehensive health services website with information on reproductive health services, prenatal care, pregnancy termination options, and scheduling instructions

Websites must include links to campus resources for academic accommodations related to pregnancy, recovery from medical treatment, or related conditions (absences, exam rescheduling, etc.)

Adds a new chapter to Title 28B RCW (higher education code) to codify these requirements
