Exempts information pertaining to American Indians, Alaska Natives, or Indian tribes from public disclosure under Washington's Public Records Act when held by certain state health agencies or local health jurisdictions

Adds a new statutory definition of "Indian tribe" meaning any federally recognized tribe whose traditional lands and territories included parts of Washington

Applies to records prepared, owned, used, or retained by agencies listed in RCW 43.71B.020(1)(b)(i) (related to Indian health improvement) and local health jurisdictions defined in RCW 43.70.575

Amends RCW 42.56.010 to incorporate the new tribal definition into the Public Records Act framework
