School districts and voluntary nonprofit entities (such as the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association) may prohibit biologically male students from competing in female athletic activities that are individual or team competitions intended for female students

Sex disputes must be resolved through a health examination form or statement from the student's personal health care provider verifying biological sex based on reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels

Amends existing law to specify that recreational and athletic activities must be offered without regard to sex, except for the new provisions allowing restrictions on biologically male students in female sports

Requires all policies, procedures, and rules adopted by school districts or voluntary nonprofit entities governing interscholastic activities to conform with the new biological sex requirements

Officially titled the "Defending Equity in Interscholastic Sports Act"
