Department of Commerce must contract for a computer application that all cities and counties can use to create homelessness-related dashboards for their websites

Dashboard must display annual data including: housing unit needs vs. permits issued, housing assistance expenditures, households receiving aid, organizations funded to serve unsheltered people, addiction treatment statistics, and transitions to permanent housing

Dashboard must also track public safety metrics: retail/residential/car thefts near encampments compared to jurisdictional averages, emergency calls to encampment areas, and arrests/convictions for illegal narcotics sales

Department of Commerce must coordinate with the Municipal Research and Services Center, Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs, Association of Washington Cities, and Washington State Association of Counties

Municipal Research and Services Center must annually compile dashboard information from all counties and cities and publish it on its website
