Reports filed 20 days and 6 days before elections must reflect contributions and expenditures through two business days prior to the report date, extended from one business day

Independent expenditure reports follow the same adjusted timeline, with filings due on the 20th and 6th days before elections instead of the 21st and 7th days

Amendments to RCW 42.17A.235 and 42.17A.255 expire January 1, 2026, at which point corresponding provisions in Title 29B take effect
