Prohibits offenders convicted of violent offenses committed with a firearm from receiving any earned early release credits for their sentence

Prohibits offenders who received a firearm enhancement under RCW 9.94A.533(3) from receiving earned early release credits

Amends RCW 9.94A.729, which governs earned release time for good behavior and performance in Washington State correctional facilities

Adds new subsection (6)(b) as a categorical exclusion from earned release eligibility, alongside the existing exclusion for offenders sentenced under RCW 9.94A.670(5)(a)
