Grantees and subgrantees receiving homeless housing assistance funds must submit annual plans by December 1st (starting 2025) specifying projected number of people helped out of homelessness and anticipated cost per individual housed

State auditor must conduct annual performance audits examining whether grant funds are spent on authorized purposes, service costs versus administrative costs, and whether grantees meet their stated goals

Grantees must submit documentation every six months (starting June 1, 2026) including spending receipts, number of people housed, cost per individual, and duration each person remained housed

Grantees become ineligible for future funding if they miss reporting deadlines, fail to meet compliance requirements, spend funds on unauthorized purposes, or misappropriate funds

Grantees are responsible for monitoring subgrantee compliance and lose eligibility if any subgrantee fails to meet requirements
