Applies when videos meet a platform's compensation threshold or the vlogger receives at least $0.10 per view

Grants individuals the right upon turning 18 to request permanent deletion of any video content featuring them as minors from internet platforms that compensated their parents

Requires contracts between vloggers and internet platforms to include notification of the minor child's future deletion rights when content will include more than minimal use of the child
