Adds three new protected classes to Washington's public school anti-discrimination law (RCW 28A.642): homelessness, immigration status, and neurodivergence

Establishes statutory definitions for seven terms including ethnicity, gender expression, gender identity, homelessness, immigration status, neurodivergence, and sexual orientation

Defines neurodivergence to include autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, and ADHD, noting individuals may or may not identify as disabled

Defines immigration status broadly to cover naturalized citizens, permanent residents, visa holders, undocumented individuals, and refugees, including the status of a minor's parents or guardians

Amends existing law to separate "gender expression" and "gender identity" as distinct protected categories rather than grouping them under sexual orientation
