Exempts commercial aggregates from the prohibition on using asbestos-containing building materials in new construction or renovations

Exempts commercial aggregates from facility inspection and asbestos management plan requirements that apply to manufacturing facilities (NAICS codes 31-33)

Updates Chemical Abstracts Service registry numbers for several asbestos mineral varieties to current standards
