Allows truck and flatbed trailer combinations with three axles to operate at up to 85 feet in length when empty or transporting agricultural products, up from the standard 75-foot limit for truck-trailer combinations

Maintains existing vehicle length limits: 40 feet for standard vehicles, 46 feet for buses/travel trailers/motor homes, 61 feet for articulated auto stages, and 53 feet for semitrailers

Preserves the 75-foot maximum length for standard truck and trailer or log truck and stinger-steered pole trailer combinations

Amends RCW 46.44.030 to add a new exception specifically benefiting agricultural haulers using three-axle flatbed trailer configurations
