Increases the prototypical school funding formula allocation for teacher-librarians from 0.663 FTE to 1.000 FTE at elementary schools, 0.519 FTE to 1.000 FTE at middle schools, and 0.523 FTE to 1.000 FTE at high schools

Amends RCW 28A.150.260, which governs the distribution of state basic education funding to school districts

Teacher-librarian positions support information literacy, technology, and media programs in school libraries

Funding allocations are based on prototypical school models: 400 students for elementary, 432 for middle school, and 600 for high school
