Department of Ecology must publish by October 1, 2025 an online directory of retail fuel sellers offering exempt agricultural fuel, searchable by county and city, along with a guide explaining how farmers can obtain remittances or purchase exempt fuel

Agricultural fuel exemption from Climate Commitment Act coverage extended until December 31, 2029, allowing farm fuel users to purchase motor vehicle fuel and special fuel (diesel, propane, biodiesel) without carbon pricing costs

Prior to January 1, 2030, the exemption applies to agricultural fuel whether used to propel motor vehicles or not; after that date, the exemption only covers fuel used to propel motor vehicles

Retail fuel sellers and "exempt fuel purchase aggregators" may voluntarily notify the department of locations selling exempt agricultural fuel, including contact information and GPS coordinates
