Expands existing bone marrow donation awareness instruction in Washington schools to include blood donation awareness, beginning with the 2025-26 school year

Encourages school districts, charter schools, and state-tribal education compact schools serving grades 9-12 to include this instruction in at least one health class required for graduation

Authorizes instructional programs from the National Marrow Donor Program, American Red Cross, America's Blood Centers, Bloodworks Northwest, or other nationally recognized organizations focused on bone marrow or blood donation

Allows schools serving grades K-8 to offer age-appropriate versions of the bone marrow and blood donation awareness instruction

Permits schools to deliver instruction directly or through community-based providers, and does not require instruction to be provided by certificated staff
