New Group B public water systems are only required to have satellite management agency oversight if they meet specific criteria: require treatment to meet water quality standards, provide fire flow, have atmospheric storage, or serve 10 or more service connections

Simpler Group B public water systems that do not meet any of these four criteria are exempted from the satellite management agency requirement that applies to Group A systems

Local boards of health retain authority to adopt more stringent satellite management system requirements than the state minimum standards

Amends RCW 70A.125.060 to differentiate regulatory requirements between complex and simple Group B public water systems
