Creates a law enforcement aviation support grant program administered by the department to provide financial assistance to local law enforcement rotary wing (helicopter) aviation support units

Requires eligible units to offer aviation support to any jurisdiction in the state reachable by their aircraft without charging the requesting jurisdiction (refueling costs excepted)

Distributes 50% of appropriated funds equally among recognized aviation support units for operational costs including pilot/crew costs, maintenance, upgrades, aircraft acquisition, insurance, fuel, and training

Remaining funds reimburse units for search and rescue missions and training costs (excluding depreciation), with any leftover amounts awarded to Washington State Patrol's aviation section

Act is contingent on specific funding being provided in the omnibus appropriations act by June 30, 2025
