All state agencies, commissions, boards, task forces, work groups, and councils across executive, judicial, and legislative branches would automatically dissolve every 10 years beginning July 1, 2027, unless the legislature votes to reestablish them

Entities mandated by the Washington State Constitution are exempt from the automatic sunset provision

The legislature must take affirmative action to continue any non-constitutional governmental body; inaction results in dissolution

Adds a new chapter to Title 43 RCW (state government provisions) to codify these requirements
