Washington State School Directors' Association must provide required governance training at no cost to school directors

Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, a virtual option must be offered for the governance training program

Training programs must align with cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion standards for school director governance

Training must also cover government-to-government relationships with federally recognized tribes, multicultural education, and English language acquisition principles

Amends RCW 28A.345.120 to remove the 2022 calendar year reference and add the new virtual and no-cost requirements
