Increases Washington State liquor license, permit, and endorsement fees by 50% across approximately 50 license categories, including distillery, winery, brewery, restaurant, retail, and distributor licenses

Removes temporary COVID-19 fee waivers that were enacted in 2021 for licensees whose fees were waived during the 12-month pandemic relief period

Redirects 33.3% of certain license fee revenue to the liquor and cannabis board for liquor enforcement activities (10.1%) and the general fund (89.9%), while the remaining 66.7% continues under existing distribution formulas

Applies the 50% fee increase to all liquor licenses, permits, and endorsements where fees are set by board rule, in addition to the specific statutory fee increases

Examples of fee increases include: distiller license from $2,000 to $3,000; domestic brewery from $2,000 to $3,000; spirits retail license renewal from $166 to $240; and caterer's endorsement from $350 to $525
