Applies to business entities with 50% or more ownership of dating apps/websites that match users for romantic relationships or social connections, covering both free and paid accounts

Excludes accounts from taxation if the user has not accessed the application for 24 consecutive months (considered abandoned)

Creates a new domestic violence services account in the state treasury to receive all tax revenue collected

Restricts expenditures from the account to domestic violence intervention treatment and transfers to the crime victim and witness assistance account
