Expands the requirement for public employers to share employee information with exclusive bargaining representatives (unions) to all employers covered under chapter 41.80 RCW (state civil service employees)

Removes the limitation that previously applied this requirement only to four specific institutions: Western Washington University, Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, and The Evergreen State College

Applies existing RCW 41.56.065 employee information disclosure requirements uniformly across all public employers subject to the state personnel system collective bargaining chapter

Amends RCW 41.80.075, which was last modified in 2023
