Expands hazard notification requirements from residential building construction (NAICS 2361) to all general construction worksites (NAICS 23)

Requires the Department of Labor & Industries to make good faith effort to notify employers or owners within 10 working days when hazards that could cause worker injury are immediately identified during inspections

Removes the June 30, 2026 sunset date, making the notification requirement permanent

Eliminates the December 1, 2026 reporting requirement for the department to report to the legislature on compliance with timely notice

Amends RCW 49.17.120 relating to workplace safety and health citation procedures
