Authorizes agritourism activities on agricultural lands, farms, ranches, and lands zoned for agricultural production without requiring conditional use permits or county approval fees

Prohibits counties from enacting ordinances or regulations that would prohibit or unreasonably restrict agritourism, though public health, safety, and building codes still apply

Defines agritourism broadly to include farm tours, petting zoos, corn mazes, harvest-your-own operations, hayrides, barn events, horseback riding, fishing, camping, farm festivals, and on-site food and product sales

Amends Washington's Growth Management Act to explicitly recognize agritourism as consistent with conserving agricultural lands and supporting rural character and the agricultural economy

Directs the Department of Commerce to immediately modify any rules or guidance documents that restrict agritourism activities or conflict with the new provisions
