Exempts activities implementing the bridge replacement from Executive Order 25-07

Amends the Climate Commitment Account (RCW 70A.65.260) to allow the legislature to provide full funding during the 2025-2027 and 2027-2029 fiscal biennia for emergency infrastructure replacement on SR 165 caused by climate impacts
