Prohibits nonhuman entities (such as AI systems) from using nursing titles including "registered nurse," "nurse," "nurse practitioner," "advanced registered nurse practitioner," and "licensed practical nurse," or their abbreviations (R.N., N.P., A.R.N.P., L.P.N.)

Specifies that only licensed human persons may practice or offer to practice as registered nurses, advanced registered nurse practitioners, nurse practitioners, or licensed practical nurses in Washington State

Amends RCW 18.79.030 to add "human" qualifier to licensure requirements and explicitly bars nonhuman entities from assuming nursing titles or using words, letters, signs, or figures suggesting they are nurses

Maintains existing exemption allowing Christian Science nurses listed in the Christian Science Journal to use that specific title

Section 1 expires June 30, 2027, and Section 2 takes effect June 30, 2027 to align with scheduled terminology changes from "advanced registered nurse practitioner" to "advanced practice registered nurse"
