Funds cleanup, repairs, replacement, and restoration of transportation infrastructure including Interstate 90 and State Routes 2, 167, and 410

Transfers funds from the Climate Investment Account to the Multimodal Transportation Account, amending RCW 70A.65.250 to authorize this new transfer destination

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage

Addresses damage from high winds, heavy snowfall, ice accumulation, extreme rainfall, flooding, landslides, and erosion that impacted homes, businesses, agriculture, and transportation systems statewide
