Expands the advisory committee for the Office of Homeless Youth Prevention and Protection Programs by adding two new required membership categories: individuals over age 25 who experienced homelessness or involvement with publicly funded care systems between ages 12-24, and individuals representing disproportionately affected populations including those with tribal affiliation, people of color, and people with disabilities

Removes the previous 12-member cap on the advisory committee, allowing for expanded membership

Allows young adult advisory committee members who turn 25 during their term to complete their term despite exceeding the age threshold

Restructures the existing membership requirements into a clearer enumerated list format while maintaining requirements for advocates, at least two legislators, two parent advocates, two youth/young adult representatives, one law enforcement representative, and service providers

Deletes obsolete provisions related to the office's 2016 initial meeting deadline and operational start date
