Creates a new bonded beer warehouse license to authorize storage and handling of bottled, canned, and kegged beer (including strong beer) off the premises of microbreweries, domestic breweries, or beer distributors

Beer stored in bonded beer warehouses remains under bond with no tax due under RCW 66.24.290 until removed and shipped to a licensed distributor or consumer

License fee for bonded beer warehouse is $150 per year; no additional fee if applicant already holds a bonded wine warehouse license (and vice versa)

Allows holders of both bonded wine and beer warehouse licenses to store wine, beer, and nonalcohol materials in the same area of the premises

Bonded beer warehouse handling services include packaging, repackaging, labeling, creating variety packs, and picking/packing/shipping direct-to-consumer orders
