Eliminates the examination requirement for Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) applicants, retaining only education, supervised experience, and continuing education requirements

Creates an alternative pathway for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) applicants to substitute enhanced supervision with a supervisor attestation of skill and safety in lieu of passing an examination

Enhanced supervision hours for LICSW applicants may count toward the minimum 3,000 hours of supervised experience required over at least two years

Maintains existing requirements including master's or doctoral degree from accredited social work programs, supervision by professionals licensed at least two years, and minimum direct client contact hours (800 for LASW, 1,000 for LICSW)
