Tier three cannabis producers (10,000-30,000 sq ft) must demonstrate minimum gross sales of $24,000/month ($288,000/year) over the two-year period prior to license renewal or be downgraded to tier two status

Tier two producers (4,000-10,000 sq ft) must demonstrate minimum gross sales of $8,000/month ($96,000/year) over the two-year period prior to renewal or be downgraded to tier one status

Tier one producers (under 4,000 sq ft) are exempt from revenue threshold requirements

Producers may request a one-year exemption from these requirements within 30 days of license renewal if extenuating circumstances exist, such as natural disasters or events beyond their control

Amends RCW 69.50.325 and 69.50.331 to make cannabis producer license renewals subject to the new revenue threshold requirements
