Contract limits increase in $30,000 increments: $560,000 (July 2027), $590,000 (July 2028), $620,000 (July 2029), and $650,000 (July 2030)

Direct contracting without competitive bidding remains available for projects under $150,000, with preference for small, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses
