Requires every hospital with an emergency department to maintain a supply of rabies postexposure prophylaxis medication beginning January 1, 2027

Emergency departments must be able to provide a first dose of rabies medication upon patient arrival when medically indicated

Hospitals must arrange for additional doses to complete a patient's full course of treatment, either by stocking the medication on-site or through alternative timely arrangements

Adds a new section to chapter 70.41 RCW (hospital regulations)
