Theaters must still meet existing requirements: maintaining facilities for preparing and serving complete meals with tabletop accommodations for in-theater dining

Annual license fee remains $2,500

All other existing regulations unchanged, including alcohol control plan requirements for theaters frequented by minors and mandatory server training
