Information submitted to Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) for digital experience platform services becomes exempt from public disclosure and copying under the Public Records Act (chapter 42.56 RCW)

Adds a new statutory definition of "digital experience platform" as online systems, applications, or websites through which people find, access, interact with, or manage government services

Amends RCW 43.105.365 to create the new exemption and amends RCW 42.56.230 to add WaTech-submitted information to the list of personal information exempt from public inspection

State agencies must continue ensuring accuracy of personal information in electronic records, establish correction procedures, and review collected information at least every five years to justify its purpose
