Adds stalking convictions (RCW 9A.46.110) to the list of offenses requiring mandatory community custody supervision by the Department of Corrections, regardless of risk classification

Amends RCW 9.94A.501 to expand the categories of individuals the department must supervise during community custody terms

Existing mandatory supervision categories remain unchanged, including sex offenses, serious violent offenses, domestic violence felonies, vehicular homicide/assault, felony DUI, and dangerous mentally ill offenders
