Adds a new statutory definition of "imminent physical harm" to RCW 13.34.030, the definitions section of Washington's child welfare chapter

Defines "imminent physical harm" as a substantial risk of serious harm to a child's safety or well-being arising from home conditions, caregiving environment, or caregiver conduct/omission

Specifies covered circumstances including: physical abuse, emotional harm or neglect, chronic unsafe/hazardous conditions, failure to provide supervision/medical care/basic needs, caregiver substance impairment, and presence of illicit substances in the child's environment

Includes a catch-all provision for "other circumstances reasonably likely to cause significant developmental, psychological, or physical injury"

Amends existing law by reenacting RCW 13.34.030 to incorporate changes from three 2024 legislative sessions (c 328, c 298, c 192) while adding the new definition
