Extends the deadline for forming additional public facilities districts for regional aquatics and sports facilities from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2028

Applies specifically to districts formed under RCW 35.57.010(1)(f), which allows two or more contiguous towns/cities or counties that previously participated in creating a public facilities district to form an additional district

Previously created districts may continue full corporate existence and activities even when an additional district is created within the same geographic area

Does not require all original participating jurisdictions to participate in forming the new additional district

Amends RCW 35.57.010, which governs the creation and operation of public facilities districts in Washington state
