Amends RCW 41.26.510 to expand medical insurance premium reimbursements for surviving spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children of LEOFF Plan 2 members killed in the line of duty

Adds reimbursement for Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) and Medicare Part B (medical insurance) premiums, requiring enrollment in both programs to maintain eligibility

Provides retroactive reimbursement from the date of the member's death to the determination of line-of-duty death for premiums paid on employer-provided insurance, COBRA coverage, and Medicare

Allows reimbursement for other medical insurance premiums for those not eligible for the primary reimbursement, capped at the COBRA premium amount

Applies retroactively to premium payments made after June 10, 2010
