Domestic wineries may hold spirits, beer, and wine restaurant licenses or beer and/or wine restaurant licenses at one or more additional winery locations authorized under RCW 66.24.170

Licensed wineries receive the same privileges and endorsements attached to these restaurant licenses as other eligible establishments

Retail licensees with caterer's endorsements may operate on domestic winery premises

Amends RCW 66.28.295, which governs exceptions to restrictions on alcohol manufacturers holding retail licenses
