Amends RCW 36.18.016 to update and modernize superior court clerk's office fee terminology, changing references from "instruments" to "court documents" and from "compact discs" to "electronic storage medium"

Reduces the fee for copies delivered on electronic storage medium from $20 per compact disc to $5

Establishes new fees for exhibit copies: $5 per photograph of an exhibit and $25 per digital or electronic exhibit copy

Sets a $25 fee per court date for preparing audio or video recordings from court proceedings, replacing the previous $10 audiotape/$25 video fee structure

Removes the $20 fee for Torrens Act land title registration and renumbers remaining subsections accordingly
