Establishes a flat $15.00 motor vehicle weight fee for motorcycles of any scale weight, effective July 1, 2027, creating a separate category from weight-based fees for other vehicles

Maintains weight-based fees for non-motorcycle vehicles: $35 (4,000 lbs), $65 (6,000 lbs), $82.50 (8,000 lbs), and $96 (16,000+ lbs) through December 31, 2028

Increases weight fees for heavier non-motorcycle vehicles starting January 1, 2029: $75 (6,000 lbs), $90 (8,000 lbs), and $110 (16,000+ lbs), while motorcycle fee remains at $15

Motor home vehicle weight fee set at $75 in lieu of the standard weight-based fee structure
