Amends RCW 43.105.369 to update performance measures for Washington's Office of Privacy and Data Protection, which submits reports to the legislature every four years starting December 1, 2016

Adds explicit requirement for the office to review major state agency projects involving personally identifiable information, including projects using artificial intelligence

Replaces previous performance metrics with new measures including: improvement in agency privacy practices after training, coordination with international/national experts, public contact data, training participant evaluations, technical assistance requests, staff continuing education, and counts of privacy threshold analyses and impact assessments completed

Removes outdated requirements including the 2016 submission to the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee and the telecommunications infrastructure inequality reporting mandate

Expands performance tracking to include local governments where data is available, and requires detailed reporting on training formats, topics, and attendance numbers
